Horse and Y-Camp combined Weekend Blast!
Mum and Dad need a break? Life so crazy right you could do with some YOU time? Kids! This camp is for you! Try some or all of our activities we have to offer including learning some things about Horses and having riding lessons! Build huts, go kayaking, try abseiling and archery, make dinner and cook it on the campfire! Make new friends, gain confidence and skills and have FUN!!

Y CAMP
Our traditional Y-camps provide an environment for children to grow, participating in activities that allow them to build character and develop lifelong skills and friendships. As with all YMCA programmes, we work with the values: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Develop your artistic talents, get inspired, and explore your creative side! Learn some crafty skills and design your masterpiece while developing your inner Picasso

Y-Kitchen Rules
Back by popular demand, a favourite for campers of all ages. In Y-Kitchen Rulz, learn to cook, bake, and create fabulous meals under the watchful eye of our very own ‘Y-Kitchen Rulz.

Ski Camp - September
This September , learn to ski or snowboard, or use your current skills on the mountain. We’ll take you to the Tukino slope of the mountain to ski or snowboard for the week, sleep in the on-mountain lodge, and enjoy the snow!

DATES: 28 Sept – 3 Oct 2014
AGE: 10-17 Years
COST: $TBC + gear hire costs

With a great range of programmes for all ages, residential camps are a great way for your child to make new friends, try new activities, and have fun during the school holidays. We offer a variety of programmes for 5-17 year olds.

About us
The camp experience is a hard one to put into words. It’s about the bonding between people. It’s about spending the week in a different environment. It’s about final night campfire. It’s about experiencing an entire new culture and world that you helped create. It is like no other experience in the world, and here at YMCA Camp Kaitoke we strive to help every camper leave having that experience.
